A complex, multi-track redesign of Nortel.com with a team of four interaction designers. I was responsible for Business Solutions and My Nortel.
Accomplishments
- Worked with client to organize and consolidate existing Solutions taxonomy.
- Developed multi-faceted navigation scheme.
- Designed logic flows and schematics showing how users would navigate the area.
- Designed My Nortel -- a customized dashboard where users could save and track product research, purchases and support.
- Built a prototype of My Nortel in Axure to present the experience to the client.
